This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Photo Fixer mobile application (“Application”) provided by eSimply Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
AI Photo Fixer is offered as a free app with optional subscription (“AS IS”). By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1) Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to operate the Application, deliver features, show ads (for free users), process purchases, and improve performance:
- User‑provided content: photos you select for AI processing (temporarily uploaded to our processing server).
- Device & app data: device model, OS version, app version/build, language, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Approximate location: inferred from IP address (for analytics, fraud prevention, ad relevance). No precise/GPS location is collected.
- Advertising ID (AAID) on Android: for ad personalization/measurement, frequency capping, and attribution.
- Usage data: pages/screens viewed, session duration, feature usage, performance metrics.
- Purchase & subscription data: purchase tokens/receipts, subscription status (via RevenueCat) to unlock Pro features.
2) Face Data & Photo Processing
- Images may contain faces and are processed only to provide AI features (e.g., enhance, deblur, retouch, colorize, AI makeup).
- We do not collect biometric identifiers (e.g., face geometry, templates) and do not perform identity recognition.
- Images are stored securely and deleted from our servers within approximately 15 minutes after processing finishes (or sooner when complete).
- Processed results are returned to your device; you decide whether to save or share them.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide AI features (uploads for processing, returning results).
- Maintain and improve app performance (analytics, crash diagnostics).
- Show ads to free users and measure ad performance (if ads are enabled).
- Validate and manage purchases/subscriptions (via RevenueCat).
- Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and ensure service integrity.
4) Third‑Party Services
We rely on trusted processors who have their own privacy policies. We share only what’s necessary to provide the service:
- Google AdMob (ads): Policy

These partners may receive device/app data, AAID, and usage signals needed for ads, analytics, crash reporting, and subscriptions.
5) Ads & Advertising ID (AAID)
If you use the app for free, we may show ads. We and our ad partners use the Android Advertising ID to personalize and measure ads, and to prevent fraud.
Control: You can reset or limit ad personalization from your device: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”.
6) Permissions & Purposes (Android)
- Camera / Photos & Media: to select/capture photos and save AI results.
- Internet: to upload photos for AI processing and retrieve results.
- Notifications (if used): to inform about processing completion or updates.
7) Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers strictly to deliver the app (ads, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions) and as legally required.
8) Data Retention
- Images: deleted from our processing servers within ~15 minutes after completion.
- Analytics/Crash logs: retained by processors per their standard retention to operate and improve the service.
- Subscription records: retained as required for purchase validation and accounting.
9) Your Choices & Rights
- Delete Data: You can request deletion of user‑provided data by contacting us at support@esimply.pro.
- Advertising ID: Reset/limit ad personalization in device settings.
- Uninstall: You can stop all collection by uninstalling the app.
10) Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to delete it.
11) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest where applicable.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with the “Effective date” above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
